Installing an add-on in the game World of Warcraft involves downloading a zipped ZIP file and unpacking it in the folder with addons to the game.
Usually it is a folder: WOW/Interface/AddOns/ where WOW is the folder in which the game is installed.
If you have already downloaded the addon and just want to upgrade the database of translated quests - you can download this file: QuestData_TU.lua
(base [DATEBASE_VERSION] quests from [BASE_DATE]) and replace it with the same one existing in the folder with the add-on.
